Curtis S. Niles, Sr. - Broker/Owner
Curtis S. Niles Sr. has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1994. Prior to Home Inspections and Real Estate, he owned and operated a contracting company, and performed various contracting services from Massachusetts to Maryland. In his company’s history he has personally performed every aspect of home improvement/remodeling on all types of homes, from new construction to 100+year old historic homes. This experience provided him with significant, and in-depth knowledge of various types of construction methods. Building upon this background, he began his home inspection career in 1999, and strove to be a leader in the field. Curtis obtained his real estate license in 2002. He worked under such brokerages as Century 21, The Hayward Agency, and Common Ground Realtors. However, Acquest Real Estate, Inc. became his final home in 2020. Curtis brought considerable ‘value add’ to each agency’s real estate staff and client base with his in-depth knowledge of residential and commercial real estate. In 2021, he set his sights on his own Real Estate Brokerage and achieved his goal of ‘Broker of Record’ for Aquest Real Estate, LLC in 2022.
As the managing broker, his focus is on providing top technological and innovative solutions for today’s real estate professionals and their clients.
